Carl Barks' seldom seen later Scrooge story, "The Heedless Horseman," from Uncle Scrooge #66 (November 1966) is the lead for this issue and is complemented by a variety of new stories, including "The Golden Illusion" by Daniel Branca and two stories written by Pat and Carol McGreal, "Beagle Brain" and "Jumbled Ducks."
